Adult Music Lessons
Our Director of Music, Margaret Whitfield, is offering free music lessons to adults interested in learning piano, organ, violin, viola, cello, bass, or hand bells. Musicians at all levels are welcome. Adult group piano lessons are offered every Sunday at 12:15pm in the sanctuary. Contact Margaret Whitfield to schedule lessons in other instruments.
Youth and Children's Music Program
Young people elementary through high school ages are invited to join our Youth and Children's Music Program. Participants receive free lessons in music theory, handbells, and their choice of piano, organ, violin, cello, or bass. Students at all levels enjoy worship and fellowship through music while gaining valuable performance experience. Lessons are combined with discussions of Christian values and their application in the student's every day life.
Adult Choir
Serve the Lord with gladness; come before His presence with singing! The Adult Choir sings in the 11:00 AM Sunday Morning Worship Services and for special occasions. Rehearsals begin at 7:00pm and end at 8:15pm every Thursday. If you want to sing, please join us!
Children's Choir
Children are invited to enjoy fellowship and worship through the Children's Choir. The Children's Choir sings for special occasions. Rehearsal schedules are announced preceding each event.
Adult Hand Bells Ensemble
Hand bells are a great way for people of all ages develop music and performance skills. Our Adult Hand Bells Ensemble plays throughout the music season during Sunday Morning Worship service, and on special occasions. New and experienced players are always welcome and encouraged to join. Hand bells practice every Saturday, 9:30-10:45am.
Youth and Children's Hand Bells Ensemble
Our Youth and Children's Hand Bells Ensemble has become integral to our Sunday Morning Worship Service, playing throughout the season and on special occasions. Youth and children not already participating in the Music Program may join hand bells at any time. New and experienced players are always welcome. Practices are held Sundays, 9:20-10:50am.
